The Inflatable will only be set up in secure gardens with gated access. We cannot set it up in shared gardens or spaces with access from neighbours or the public.

To ensure a safe and smooth setup, we demand a van-sized parking spot next to the hire location, at least 3ft wide access to a designated area and an adequate, British-standard electricity supply. We will travel as far as 20 miles to deliver our inflatables (calculated using Google Maps route-finder), but please get in touch with us if you live further away as we always try to be as flexible as we possibly can. Please check your distance from BH12 4HU as a delivery charge of £10 applies for all bookings 10-15 miles and £20 for all bookings 15-20 miles away from us.
 

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring the equipment to ensure that the inflatable will fit in the designated space. Please take note of the total space needed for castles advertised on our website. When booking an inflatable for interior venue hire, please be mindful of any ceiling restrictions (such as low beams, fans, lights, and so on). We will not be able to set up if the venue measurements have not been checked and there is insufficient room, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

When booking for outdoor hire, please note we will only set it up on grass (no artificial grass, concrete, tarmac, slabs, stones, etc.). Please remove any animal waste from the appropriate area before delivery to avoid staining the castle if you have pets. Please keep in mind that we might refuse to set up if an animal foul is discovered in the designated area.
 

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring the equipment to ensure that it is not used for any purpose other than that described in the hiring agreement and shall not sub-hire or use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any illegal purpose.

The person who is hiring the equipment shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless they bring to the attention of ‘Supreme Bouncy Castles’ any faults noted when it is set up.

Please ensure that inflatable equipment is fully secured to the ground at all times during use as per the manufacturer’s recommendations as well as that the area around the unit is completely clear at all times. The equipment is NOT to be moved from the location it has been set up. No person should tamper with anchor points, blower or electrical leads and safety mats should stay positioned in the impact area. Do not allow anyone on the equipment during inflation or deflation.

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this equipment to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Any damage to the inflatable or any associated equipment will be billed to you for repair. This includes but is not limited to damage caused by the compounds that taint the equipment permanently (i.e. face paint, party poppers, coloured streamers, silly strings, etc).

A responsible adult (18 years of age or over) MUST supervise the inflatable at all times when in use ensuring that:

• The inflatable is not overcrowded and limits numbers according to the age and size of children using it.

• You do not allow anyone to climb, hang or sit on the walls as this is extremely dangerous nor to bounce on the front safety step. The step is not a jumping area...it is there to assist users in getting on or off the equipment.

• Children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

• Children and Adults as well as large and small children are not allowed on the inflatable at the same time unless for the sole purpose of assisting a child.

• Please ensure the participants are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately with nothing in their pockets.

• No pets, toys or sharp objects and/or instruments are allowed on the inflatable. All shoes, glasses, jewellery, and badges MUST be removed before using the inflatable.

• No food, drinks or chewing gum is to be allowed or consumed on the inflatable.

• The inflatable should not be used if it becomes wet in the jumping area or in the event of rain, the unit should not be used.

• In the case of hot weather, do not apply any sun cream to the children on the castle. Sun cream can act as a lubricant increasing the risk of slips, trips and falls.

• No smoking or barbeques near or within an unsafe distance of the inflatable.

• Ensure that no one with a history of neck problems or any medical condition which could be aggravated by using the equipment is allowed on the inflatable.

• Do not allow children around the back of the inflatable unsupervised.

• If the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately.

From 1st October to 31st March, our British weather can be tricky and is not too kind to us. We, therefore, do not allow any outdoor hires. We operate all year round, offering indoor hire only during the winter months.

We are expecting ‘reasonable’ weather conditions from 1st April to 30th September. However, as we all know that is sometimes only wishful thinking. We will not be able to proceed with your booking if the rain is forecast all day. Most of our inflatables have rain covers, but these are only effective for sudden showers and will not protect users during heavy rain. If it happens to rain during your hire, please remove everyone from the castle and leave it switched on to avoid water filling the insides. Failing to do so will result in a fine of £65 as we will need to dry it out before further bookings.

Once the rain stops, do not use the castle as the wet jumping area will be slippery and therefore extremely dangerous to use. Please wipe the jumping area with towels and make sure it is thoroughly dry before you use it again.

We do not have a magic wound and are unable to control the weather. We will not be able to offer you refunds or any discounts if it rains during your hire.

We will always try to set the bouncy castle up away from direct sunlight in hot weather. However, this may not always be possible. Please be aware that bouncy castle material can get hot. Ensure you check it before and wear socks to minimise the risk of burns. Please make sure you rotate safety mats at regular intervals to keep them cool.

We cannot set up an inflatable in winds above 24 mph. This is one of the requirements under the BS-EN 14960 regulation. We are checking the wind speeds daily and will need to cancel your booking if it is exceeding the limit. As always, we will do our best to give you as much notice as we can, but this may not always be possible as the weather can change suddenly.

 

We pride ourselves in providing supreme quality inflatables so it is extremely unlikely you will be disappointed with your booking and our bouncy castle hire Bournemouth equipment.

We require a £25 non-refundable booking fee to be paid to confirm and secure your booking. Although the booking fee is non-refundable, it can be transferred to any future bookings in the next 12 months if your hire is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, COVID restrictions or any other reason.

Cash on delivery is the most common and therefore our preferred method of payment. However, all major debit or credit cards are accepted as well as payment via bank transfer. Please make sure any bank transfers are made at least 48 hours before booking to allow enough time for money to reach our accounts.

You may cancel your booking anytime, but we ask that it is no later than 72 hours before your hire date. Please bear in mind that our booking fee is non-refundable but, once paid, it can be transferred to any booking within 12 months.
 

If you do not cancel your booking and we arrive to set up your equipment, you will still be required to pay, and any money already paid will be forfeited as you have stopped the equipment from being hired out.
 

We will only cancel your booking if fierce winds or prolonged rain are forecasted for your hire's entire duration. We do our best to keep an eye on the weather forecast and will try to give you 48 hours’ notice, however, this is not always possible as the weather can change suddenly.

We pride ourselves on a 100% delivery rate, but there might be times when we need to cancel your booking due to critical staff illness or sudden, unforeseen vehicle problems. We will inform you at the earliest opportunity and a full refund from Supreme Bouncy Castles will be issued at our earliest convenience.
 

Please make sure we have your correct contact details as we may need to contact you if we cannot find your venue or if we are running late due to traffic, roadworks or road closures.

Please note that all persons using this inflatable do so at their own risk. The person/s or organisation hiring this Inflatable equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times. ‘Supreme Bouncy Castles’ cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.

I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the Equipment and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur.
